Engineering Information Sessions
Fridays, 1:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.
1105 Jeong H. Kim Engineering Building (Pepco Room)

Want to learn more about engineering at Maryland? Join current students for an engineering presentation and tour of some of our facilities. No reservation required, just come and learn more! We discuss the majors, research projects, and special programs and tour our newest engineering building.

We recommend including the general campus visit with your engineering visit. Contact the Office of Undergraduate Admissions for information regarding UpClose sessions or campus walking tours. You may want to begin with an UpClose at 10:00 a.m. or a Terrapin Tour at 11:00 a.m., have lunch on campus, and then come visit engineering.

Fall information sessions begin September 12 and continue through December 5, 2008.  These sessions will be held in 0108 Glenn L. Martin Hall (basement level).

Please note:
No information sessions will be held when the university is closed, and no session will be held on Friday, October 3 and Friday, November 7, 2008; instead, plan to attend the admissions open house events on those dates.  The university is closed on Friday, November 28, 2008 during the Thanksgiving holiday.  No reservation is required to attend the session.
